With Esprit & Excellence, Andreas Vogler Heidelberger has created a platform for several topics that are important to him: the fruitful impact of change, researching and setting trends, developing ideas, translating thoughts into effective action, turning ideas into tangible projects or products, multidisciplinarity, supporting people during phases of change, and helping them realize their full potential.

After earning his degree in Protestant Theology and a master’s degree in Journalism, Andreas Vogler Heidelberger began his career as an editor at a financial news agency. 

In the early 2000s, he started his own agency providing data and information for investors in Central and Eastern Europe. 

In 2004, Andreas Vogler Heidelberger took on an outsourcing project for a renowned international media company, on whose behalf he established a translation agency in Budapest, Hungary. This was followed by further projects for major international companies to establish business functions in Budapest, which were always also optimization and change projects. 

Since 2014, Andreas Vogler Heidelberger’s work has focused on innovative mobility solutions within smart cities and smart regions. In his secondary business, Andreas Vogler Heidelberger is dedicated to promoting innovative approaches and ideas in arts and culture.
